[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sbi fastag payments confirmation awaited issue

Hi Team,

I recharged my fastag on 1st of Nov 2020 at 6.50am for Rs.500 through GPAY.

Transaction ID - 011120200650551262138132486

It’s been 5 working days now, still I am getting the status as payment confirmation awaited.

I tried contacting the customer service multiple times and ended up with no resolution. Also you have the worst customer service ever, that my call is getting disconnected every time after explaining my issue to your representatives.

Once a representative asked me to check with Gpay customer care on the payment. When I checked with them, they said like there is no issue from their end and the payment happened to SBI Fastag.

Again I tried calling to SBI Fastag, again I faced the same issue of call getting disconnected multiple times after explaining my issue.

SUCH A WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BY CONTACTING YOUR TOLL FREE.

Kindly work on this issue and get some quick resolution to resolve this issue.

My SBI fast tag hasn't been credited with money. We are waiting at toll plaza. This is not acceptable, if someone urgently plans to go somewhere and sees that balance is less, even if they recharge, it takes long time.
I am irritated and waiting here due to only fast tag. SBI fast tag.
Money of 1200 has been deducted on the spot but confirmation is awaited. Kindly confirm it right now so that I can move ahead with my journey.

I too have the same issue confirmation awaited and the customer service is Very poor felt dash of sbi

I have recharged it through Phone Pe and it's shows payment is successful but when I was checking the balance of fast tag its shows the previous balance which was same before the recharge

Anyone got their money back i made 2000 rs recharge payment still awaiting in sbi end. No amount credited in sbi or debited in bank account yet. Transaction id[protected] [protected]

On 26/03/2021 5.42 PM I recharged SBIFastag through SBI Net Banking. Till today it's showing confirmation awaited. Earlier also I had same problem, next day the amount got refuned to my account. I am fed up with these issues. It is like lucky dip draw, if you are lucky, amount will get recharged otherwise reversed. Plese sovle this

I recharge the sbi fastag of rs.1000 on 10/04/2021. It is debited in my account but not credited to fastag account. In summary of sbi fastag showing confirmation awaited. How to solve my problem pls tell me.

I am also facing similar issue. I have recharged through UPI and the status of payment in sbi portal is still confirmation awaited. When I contacted customer care they told me drop a mail to helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in, but I haven't heard back from them yet. What a worst experience. Kindly help on this ASAP. It showing CONFIRMATION AWAITED in transaction status in SBI Fastag page.
The customer care services isn't responding properly in that issue. They avoiding my calls.
How can i get my balance please help.
