Hi SBI Fast tag,
It is has been almost a month since I sent a mail to helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in for the fast tag with my number ending with 566.
The issue is after the user login, it keeps on asking to verify the PAN several times, which is weird. If cancel is clicked, it logs out me and I am unable to view my details.
I cannot cancel the Fast tag since I need to log in to the portal which is not possible due to the PAN verification error.
When the customer care executives are called, they keep playing by telling, we will record your feedback and send it to the backend team.
Why do I care about the feedback, why can't they try to resolve it.
It is taking ages by SBI to even give a reply.
I never get a reply, after 2 weeks, I sent another escalation mail to agmit.[protected]@sbi.co.in ; etc.[protected]@ihmcl.com .
Even then I don't get a reply.
To be frank, SBI should shut down its service operations unless it is serving the people. Every 9 / 10 people, you ask, they tell you how pathetic SBI works. Was this information helpful? |
