State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sbi irctc credit card seems to be a scam

There is so much marketing happening for SBI IRCTC Credit Card. But once you buy the card and accumulate points, there is no way you can use those points. There is no provision to quote your membership number in IRCTC site. The points you accumulate from using your credit card outside of IRCTC is also no use, as there is no option to redeem it in IRCTC site.

Sbi branch pirusingh circle(jhunjhunu) do not accept money outside own branch holder.i request to you please resolve this case. I have account on this branch..but when i want to deposite money to other sbi account..they refused.
