State Bank Of India [SBI] — SBI karur main branch employees are negligent, rude and not responsive

On 28th of December 2021, i went to SBI karur main branch to get bank attestation for my fixed deposits and account statement to apply for my student visa. But the bank employees (specially service manager at counter number 5) were not responsive and denied providing attestation for the same.
When i tried to raise this issue to the branch manager he was not ready to listen to my issue and redirected me to the same person again and again
