State Bank Of India [SBI] Like others i too used sbi anywhere app's mvisa facility to pay and manually entered the data (Mvisa merchant id[protected] using qr code.in this process the money got deducted but transaction failed with a popubox like your money will be refunded This transaction of was tried by me on 12th aug 2016 to Mvisa merchant id[protected] Total rs 2643/- deducted from my bank account. Please return the money asap Even my bank branch manager is not responding properly its been almost 3months still i didn't got the money back my bank account number is [protected] ifsc code SBIN0017042 Please note that transaction reference number is not shown in account statement due to which i can not file proper complaint with sbi customer care. Pls ask for compensation as per RBI rule. Even I have faced this & and got my money back after writing e-mail.
Pls do it. I know the pain of losing money. SBI giving stupid Service.
