Subject account offering internet banking and debit card facility. However once account generated - no internet banking or debit card issue by state bank of india and branch informing to contact customer care and customer care informing to contact branch rather then to talk each other and confirm whether as per advertisemetn on portal debit card and internet banking allow to client or to correct website eligibility and benefit criteria. Two months over however no response or confirm reply received in this regard. Written complain not entitled to acknowledge. We have no option except to close the account. ATM Card received - other facilities are stated wrong like YONO App and internet banking Therefore would like to close the complaint as part facility available for withdraw from account

Dear Sir,

We have received call from branch that your debit card application in process and we will comply as soon as possible.

We wait another 15 days and will ask for guideline in case of non compliance.

However for internet banking facility - informing for Yono app facility only view available - if require through branch counter visit.

This is not acceptable as the account offered having all facility to learn banking

Would appreciate SBI H.O. informing to remove any wrong information posted which are not available to client.

There is no development till 12th November 2020
we have visited branch three four times but the response that they are receiving error for issue debit card registration and customer care informing to contact branch.
we are lost our hope for issue of debit card and net banking as offered by Paheli Udan.

Would appreciate your involving management or technical team to guide local branch as they are not able to solve query for 6 month time as well not willing to enquiry with their higher authority

Branch fail to upload debit card issue related form and formats and keeping aside, whereas customer care informing to contact branch

There is no solution and there is no system for branch escalation to h.o for their beyond control cases.
