I am anuj das and joint savings account no: [protected]. Both of our (Anuj das and chaitali das) sbi general insurance start from 07.10.2013 of rs. 100/ each per year. But next year 2014 extra rs. 100/- wrongly debited from my joint savings account and branch (Kalibabur bazar, branch code: 12460, ifsc: sbin0012460) did not give proper reply.

Though it is not a auto renewal system ins-spite of that debited rs. 100/- for anuj das from this joint savings account upto last year 2018 (Debit dtd. 20.03.2018). But after 2014 did not debited rs. 100/- for chaitali das due to no renewal again and in this year (March 2019) no debited rs. 100/- for anuj das from this joint savings account.

Your kind attention and necessary sanction in this regard will help me a lot.
