State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi reward redemption and gift voucher

I'm a sbi card user and using the same for last two years. After redeem my reward point one fbb gift voucher had been proceed for me. But it's already passed more than two months i've not received the voucher but it's showing delivered. I've not received any sms or mail or call from sbi. So how could i get this voucher.
