State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi simply save credit card fraud with atm cash withdrawal charges

Dear official,
Sbi team has provoked me to take card with fraud offers and causing me to lose 590 rs as the atm withdrawl charges.
Their officials never talked about withdrawl charges instead they are provoking me to take the card and do cash withdrawl to get 100 rs cash back. So i did it and myself charged for the amount of 590rs.

When i contacted sbi customer care (Gagan - floor supervisor from sbi gurgaon head office) he says these charges will be there and customers are supposed to check this. So they agree that they upfront cheating customer with hidden charges.

Please punish these fraud bankers and the way they are cheating the customers horrible.
