[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — SBI unauthorized transaction from account

My acccount was debited for INR 10000/- on 2 December 2020 without any consent or authorization by me. I just recieved a messsage that your account has been debitted for INR 10000/- and narration said Debit SWOO, i tried reaching the customer care of SBI but they are not doing anything. This amount has been debited without any reason and is a clear fraud. Please look into the matter as i see many people are being victim of this Debit SWOO transactions without their notice.
