[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — SBI Yono transaction failed but money deducted

On 6th November 2020, I tried to send money to a non-SBI account through IMPS on SBI Yono Lite. The transaction timed out but money was deducted and not returned. I made tried again and the second trial was successful but the first trial kept showing “in progress”. The transaction has not been reversed up till date. I’ve contacted SBI customer service and filed complaints twice, they keep saying my complaint has been closed and resolved when in actual sense, it has not been resolved because neither has the beneficiary received the money nor has it been reversed to my account.

SBI processed the payment after some few weeks.
