in purchaging on spencers i used dabit card 2 times for purchaging rs.486.38 on dated 13/10/2018
sameday payment done with out reference no. one time but spencer has not recieved then i pay cash to spencer shop
next day14/10/2018 again dabeted fom my accountRs.486.38 with out referance no.
how can be possible dabit amount without referance no / pl. check and refund amount
