State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sender sent the money but amount not credited

I would like to bring to your kind notice that a sum of Rs. 17000 has not credited to Bank A/c No. [protected] against UTR no.[protected] dated 15.05.2022. The sender's transaction was successful and he has confirmed with a valid proof that State Bank of India account [protected] accepted the payment of Rs. 17000, but till date the amount has not been credited in my account.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and credit the said amount in my account.

Your immediate action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
