State Bank Of India [SBI] — Senior citizen account blocked with no prior intimation or reasons | |||||
My aged parent SBI account [protected] has been blocked and they are unable to withdrawn money from the account.There has been no information or intimation on this in the past. All the relevant documents like PAN, KYC documents, Yearly Declaration all have been submitted in Nov last year and there is a substantial amount also in the bank account.When they need the money most for medical treatment they are unable to do so and the local branch near home wants my father Age 78 to goto the head office in Sec-2 Noida to find out what's the reason for blocking.Extremely shameful and shocking to see customer service like this from our top public sector bank.
