I, Tutai Kumar Dalal, am an Existing customer of SBI NEW TOWN RAJARHAT(05112) .I suddenly discovered that all my transaction is getting blocked and the reason showing KYC not updated. I mailed the filled KYC form along with all supporting documents to the branch manager.
However, even after repeated mail and request, I am not getting any response from the branch. I personally called Mr. Debdas Dey. and still the issue is not resolved.
I also complain to customer service with ticket number 67027937 . They sent a mail that it has been resolved without actually providing the resolution.
Tried to follow up 6 times over mail and phone not response received yet from branch.
