Have a savings a/c no. [protected] in Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali(w), branch. Being senior citizen, I had to visit more than 5 times a month for updating my passbook from start. Every time the system is out of order one way or other.I am also not able to open online account. Mr. Prashant working there knows. What is use of no.1 in public sector.
