[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sir the debit card refund of 22000 and 5000 processed on 20/02/23 from merchant side but not credited to my account

I took a withdrawal of ₹22000 and ₹5000 on 20 february 2023 from expertoption.com. in my master debit card but the amount is not credited till now. I asked expertoption.com for my refund but they told that they have sent money to me on same day. and they provided me ARN reference number to take it to bank but the Sbi bank manager didn't helped me in this matter. they told me that they can't track the payment through ARN codes. they don't even know about Arn number. they didn't helped me for this. I told them about ARN number but they didn't understand and told me that to tell expertoption.com to send the amount they didn't received any amount. please help me sir I am in trouble. no one is helping me to get my money back. hope u will help more for this i am attaching a document which is sent to me by expert option support team. have a look on it. it is having all the required information. my account number is 35564592416 name suraj kr sah. ifsc code sbin0003775.
