I am having saving bank account with sbi more than 5 years. Since last year i am not receiving sms alert so balance change for transactions such as rtgs, neft, cheque transfer for credit or debit. The transaction amounts in all such cases was more than 25000. After giving complaint, they say that it is a technical problem since last one year. I went to the branch also, but they are not accepting complaint application.
