I m account holder of SBI fort branch, mumbai. my account no. is [protected] . today 02:24 pm one unknown call came from mobile No. [protected] on my cell no. [protected]. he told me that i not submitted KYC form so my atm card blocked. to restart the atm card asking my atm 16 digit number. i denied. this is fraud gang. so take necessary action on this call number person, so cant no sbi customer will be cheated by them. Why is SBI not reducing the base rates for existing customers when they can reduce the MCLR rates.
No rate cuts in Base rates since Oct 2015. RBI has given many cuts in this period.
SBI is not treating its existing customers well.
Feeling cheated.
