Fraudulent Transaction Sir, Today I received a call from Mr. Rakesh Verma, manager, SBI Mumbai ( [protected]) for verification of my SBI account as my ATM card bearing 45** **** **** **00 was accidentally blocked. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my ATM and had got a new pin. Believing it to be true I gave my ATM card details only to have a transaction made of Rs 700/- to SBI Buddy Mumbai (photo attached). It raised my suspicion when another transaction of approx Rs. 28, 289 was being made (photo attached). Kindly refund my money and initiate action against SBI Buddy for allowing fraudulent transaction. I have now blocked my ATM card . Regards, Srilina Roy Was this information helpful? | |||||
