[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — State Bank Of India Credit Card And Encore Unauthorized credit card charges/False claim of due amount without any substantiation

I received an email with following subject line "Reminder for Payment towards Credit Card number ending with"0508 "was sent two times in this month. Please refer the attachment for your reference.

I did check with the SBI Customer Care Team, they have advised me to contact the SBI Credit Card team. I did check with the SBI Credit Card Team and they have advised me to contact Encorearc company directly since they don't have any information about this credit card details.

Without my permission or authorization how this credit card has been issued, how did the application go through successfully? Looks like my ID Proofs are misused somehow without my knowledge?

Not sure since when this credit card was issued and how much money they took from this credit card? How much money they have take against this credit card so far? So far this credit card dues are paid from which bank account details?

if any with SBI on this credit card which I have never ever used, before sending this bogus outstanding amount without any transaction statements.
Have they or you on their behalf, ever sent me any transaction statements till date? On what basis are you claiming this amount of Rs.7549.03 ? Was there any transaction made by using this credit card ever? This claim from your end has to be substantiated with proof of transaction.

I demand SBI and ENCORE to send me transaction details using this credit card xxxx 0508 on this very email id.

Blackmailing on CIBIL score downgrade on the basis of bogus pending amount claimed by SBI or Encore won't work here.
It seems this has become a new trend in India. Trap customers to use credit cards for free and forcibly give them insurance policies despite refusal from customers, and extract money by adding this amount to credit card.
As if the public at large is oblivious of Government banks, their deeds and NPAs.
There have been calls from your end demanding money for settlement of this fraud amount SBI and Encore are claiming on me.

Looking forward for response for the above queries to take it forward, kindly let me know if you need any further details required from my side.
