State Bank Of India [SBI] — state bank of india incomplete information of credit score and amount should not be deducted

I am using internet banking of sbi and in some tab it showing get to know your credit score then i click on that tab and the amount of 440.00 is deducted from my account. The important thing is that anywhere the amount is to be deducted for this information is not written if i know i can not click on it and i want to try many times book a complain through sbi cms but they are saying they can't help as transaction is completed.
