I have not received lpg subsidy for last four cylinder. Npci coloumn in bharat gas web site, my account shows inactive (Screen shot enclosed). My sbi bank account number [protected], vijinapura branch, bangalore. My uid num.[protected], linked on 19/4/2017.
My lpg consumer no.16748, prateek enterprises cc611712, distributer code 100451.
Please do the needful to remove inactive status in npci, name. Karunakara prasad

With bank account number [protected] on 19/4/2017 and also with bharat gas agency., prateek enterprises, banaswadi, bangalore, distributer code100451.
However your npci coloumn in bharat gas web in my account shows inactive.
Hence i request you to do the needful to set it right.
I am a retired sr. Citizen, haven't received subsidy for last four cylinders. My registered mobile [protected].
Please do the needful.
