I had unauthorized transaction from bank end itself. My money got deducted Rupees 12000 for SWOS transaction on 1st March 2022. After had a conversation with sbi customer care executive i came to understand that, this SWOS is the technical issue from bank end which means, if you paid some where in previous date and that time money paid but from account it was not got deducted then on other date money will get deduct in different date as showing SWOS transaction with the previous date.
But in my case money got deducted for 2 times which doesn't make sense as in the previous date also i checked my transaction details after withdrawal 12000 rupees on 24 Feb i saw money deduction from my previous amount which is ok. But on 1st march i just check my account on yono app and found 12000 rupees deduction for SWOS.
The customer care executive told if 2 times money got deducted due to this technical issue i should get my money back.
Now i just want my hard earned money back. Rupees 12000 is not a small amount . And you people are charged already much for sms cost, net banking cost, etc. You don't have any rights to deduct money like this. You are there to help people to keep their money safe but if from bank end this will happen and you people will not resolve then we public are fool that we believe your bank to keep our money safe.
Kindly resolve my money. And i am complaining this before completion of 2 days so that you people couldn't make excuse of 2 days exceeds we can't take complain.
