State Bank Of India [SBI] — The new account opening system | |||
Sir, We people from the area under charbahal branch IFSC CODE-SBIN0006605. the bank employee in this bank are not working proprerly. they even dont know how to deal with the clients. if somebody is going for opening new account they are saying we have closed the counter for opening the bank accounts please visit the sahaj janaseva kendra to open a mini account. some employee are taking lunch break from 1.30 pm to 3.45 pm. Branch Manager Mohan Tandi is not talking to anybody properly. if somebody with well dressed will come he will talk to him politely. if any poor person will come he even throw the papers of that person. all the time he shows his rage to the poor person. Write a complaint to Branch manager with a copy of SBI Customer grievances officials. If they is no reply from them means write a RTI letter with reference to your earlier letter. Even there is no proper action taken means suite a case in Consumer court and claim some compensation.
