Sir, I had dropped a cheque of Rs 4969/-favouring SBI cards in SBI santacruz west br . The same cheque was stolen and the amount with name of favouring party was changed. I have made a complaint with the bank and bank has written me that FIR has been lodged. But the branch has not given FIR no /date, under which section the FIR has been lodged. I am not concerned with the formalities which the Bank has to follow but i want my hard earned money with interest back earliest possible as I am senior citizen Thanks Risbud Prakash Was this information helpful? | |||
