[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — threatening calls and talking disrespectfully, using abusing words | |||
Sir I am using your sbi credit card from last 2 years and have not cleared my dues from last 3-4 months and feeling sorry for that but i am not not willfully doing this or would say i m not willfull defaulter, i'll clear all my dues by the end of this month else ready for any legal action against me. Sir, i am receiving calls from some yogesh and truecaller showing name bharat rana sbi and his no. Is [protected]. He not only calling me and using abusive words, he also calls to my sisters number and make frequent calls to my office also. Sir my sister is newly married he calls and threatened her regarding me it would effect her marriage life to, i personally requested that guy not to call my sister, it's me who has not made payment sbi has full right to take legal action against me. But calling and threatening a customer is a crime and harassing his family members for no reason is also a crime. I have cleared him on 8th april call that i ll make the full payment by 24th this month or last to last by the end of this month. Sir, i have all his recordings even my sister recorded all his calls. I have liability towards my bank and ready to pay that, i am not running anywhere and permanent resident of india. Sir, but this is wrong he calls me and using abusive words and calls to my office and try to demean me there. If he again calls to my sister than i have to take legal action against that recovery firm. At last i have to clear myself that i ll make the payment by this month only or else bank has right to take any legal proceedings against me and i am ready for that but harassing my family members and trying to demean me or threatening me is wrong, that should be not done.
