State Bank Of India [SBI] — To withdraw amount from deceased account (My father had died 2 year ago but still sbi unable to transfer balance amount to my mother account)

My father had died two years ago but still sbi not responding us to transfer the balance amount from my father account to nominee my mother account.
We have provided all documents which they asked for submissions.
Now there is new staff come and they said we do not know where are those docs.
We have faced very embracing behaviour from sbi staff.
Please help here to settle this issue.
