State Bank Of India [SBI] — Torn note received from sbi atm cash withdrawal

R/Sir, Madam My name is Vikash Tyagi. I have S/B account in SBI. I have withdraw Rs.2000/- from Sector-13, Hisar ATM. But one note of Rs.1000/- was not in good condition. It was in pieces attached by gum and cello tape. I visited the nearest branch of SBI, but they said that go in main branch of SBI. I went there they said that this note will be replaced by the Cash filling agency. I talk to them and they said that note will be replaced by bank. Now three days has been passed neither bank replaced my note nor take any action. I talk to customer care of SBI and file a complaint but no response has been received.
