State Bank Of India [SBI] — transaction failed but amount deducted from my sbi account

I did a transaction on 1st december, 2017 at idp education india pv nagpur. The fee amount of 12, 100 was deducted from my account and the transaction failed at the other side. I was informed that the refund will be completed in 7 days yet it is not done. Please help me sort the issue as it may need to missing of my exam. Pos [protected] at idp education india pvt.
