State Bank Of India [SBI] — transaction failed - money not refunded

Address:National institute of naturopathy Bapu bhavan, Tadiwala road, opposite pancharatna hotel, Pune, Maharashtra, 411001

On 30/11/2019.. I have done a 500 rs transaction... At the merchant end they have shown me that the transaction was failed but the money got deducted from my bank. The merchant said the money will come back to my account as the transaction was failed at their end. I never got the refund back. The merchant details are shown as wasteland entertainment.

Pls take some action regarding this type of transaction .SBIDrCard X5183 used for Rs210.00 on03Dec19 at00248745 Txn#401602 If not done fwd this SMS to [protected]/call[protected]/[protected] to block Card
I have not done any transaction..

Dear Sir
I have my acount in SBI bank and today has debited 295 rs from my acount for investment intermedi acount withount any further intimation as i never want this. THis is totally cheat by the bank and very dissapointed . Kindly refund this amount in my acount asap.

Dear sir,

I am not able to use my SBI debit card since around from last 2-3 months to get facility at ATM stations.

Whenever I go to ATM, SBI Debit card showing Invalid card.

Request to pls get this grievance resolved as earliest.
