May i kindly request you to take necessary steps for refund of failed
Transaction but money debited from my savings a/c of sbi, having debit
Card number xxx0765 on 24.09.16 at 0936 hrs {sms received at
1011 hrs} for a purchase worth rs. 6961 (Rupees six thousand nine hundred
Ixty one only) at hq delhi area station (Transaction no.358160) on pos
[protected].

I lost my mob.when i was going to duty in auto then someone stolen my mobile.so i lost my sbi registered mob no.so please inter my new no.i am very sadful for this instant loss.i am feeling deficulty to know my balance.and also incoming and outgoing balance.so please change my mobile no imidiatly.i am very grateful for this.
