Sir/mam,
Myself S.Bathmanaban from pondicherry holding SBI IRCTC credit for the past one year i faced a Transaction issue regarding this i spoke with customer care executives still am not satisfied, hence am writing here,

Details of Complaint : I booked a Air ticket on 31.12.2016 with Indigo flight by the help of Make my Trip app, then again i cancelled it on the same day itself, Make my Trip has Refunded the amount to my card, Proof attached for your reference but still i didnt get amount 28.01.2017 is my Bill date ie i have to pay it on 25.01.2017 as you are aware, so pls do the needful
