Bought a Mobile from Amazon.in and select to convert it to EMIs with SBI card and done the payment. The transaction amount not converted into EMIs and every month charged additional penalties when the outstanding amount failed to auto debit from saving account. Raised so many complaints with SBI and got escalated to many people but didn't get any help in resolving the issue. Spent so much time in raising complaints and taking to their customer service but no one helped. Really vexed with SBI Credit Card. If you help in this, I really appreciate.
