Deduction of rs 25000/= twice from account no [protected]

I am siddharth krishna agarwal, (Properietor) basant lal and sons jewellers, goplai chowk arrah (Bihar) india,
My current account no. [protected], in station road arrah branch, ifsc code sbin0001213
There is posh mechine installed tid no. 04201183.
Sir, there is a dipute of chargeback between me and the bank.

I received a letter from the bank about the dispute of charge back dated[protected] followed by second mail on 25/12/17 with ref no. Srcb2081 with the request of

With card no. 607093*8644 of rs 25000/=
I replied for the same above on 26-12-16 with

Not send the charge slip because printing on the charge slip had been faded and not able to scan
As a result i received a mail from sbi acquiring team requesting me to send the chargeslip by the next day
Hence i provided them the documents again as per the requirements i. E. Charge slip, settelment slip, bill copy, merchant explanation letter
But when i didnt received any reply then on 31-01-18 and 01-02-18 i send all the attachments again to the same but didnt get any reply
And then on 16th of february 2018 from my account no. [protected] rs 25000/= has been deducted as charge back.
I made a contact with the branch manger and discussed all the matter with him, he assured me that he will look into the matter but i didnt get any relief from his side.
Then again on march 1st 2018 rs 25000/= deducted again for the same mentioned above without any information
On march 5th i fwd all these disputed issue with the other officers mail id i able to arrange i. E.

They followed the dispute issue, confirmed the transiction
And at last on march 19th 2018 their is a reply from nirayana. [protected]@sbi.co.in
"due to absence of merchant copy within the given time frame the disputed amount got recovered from your account in order to provide the refund to the card holder.
How ever, we have raised a goodfaith to the issuer to review the doccuments which you have send and acepted the case in order to refund your amount.
Hence we do not know how much will take to the acceptance from the issuer or it may rejected by the issuer as well"
