I have lost my debit card on 30th december 2017. Immediately i have blocked the card through online banking and i have received the message as the card has been blocked successfully. But my issue is occurring while applying new request for debit card through online banking as well. It shows card has been already issued to customer. I am very much dissatisfied with the bank's service. I am facing lots of difficulties for non availability of my debit card. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Here i would also like to state that the card that has been lost was a new debit card activated just four days before it has lost. Please help me out.
