State Bank Of India [SBI] — unable to receive my withdrawal | |
I did a withdrawal of $431.91 from webmoney to my sbi debit card on 3-dec-2018, the withdrawal is supposed to be reflected in my bank account within 5 days but even after a week it was not there so i contacted the webmoney support, they said that they have completed the transaction and provided me with a arn number and asked me to track the transaction from bank. I called sbi customer care and told them about my situation and asked if they could help, but they told me that they could not track transaction as it was from third party application. So i messaged webmoney support again and they said that they can only provide me with a refund if i can provide them with 2 proofs :- 1. My bank statement showing no transaction 2. A letter from my bank addressing that no transaction has been made It's easy to get the first one but how can i get the second one or is there a way i can still receive my withdrawal???
