I have a savings account in sbi digwadih branch.
I have completed my kyc by visiting branch 3 months ago. But, now am not able to withdraw money using my debit card.
The atm returns an error stating "response code 078, savings, account stopped".
My account is still active i confirmed calling sbi customer care. They told me to submit kyc.
3 weeks ago i submitted an application with kyc to reactivate my debit card but they did nothing.
I live far away from home branch and it is not possible for me to visit branch now.
If i have completed my kyc 3 months ago and my account is also active then why atm showing this error and am not able to withdraw money?
