State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unauthorised Transaction done

Respected sir I got an unauthorised transaction message from SBI on 29/10/2022 at 01:05:50PM the details are as follows Dear customer your AEPS cash withdrawal transaction for account number XX7194 with SBI is successful and debited with Rs 10000.0 on 29/10/2022 01:05:50 PM. RRN[protected] SBI, i went to the nearest SBI Ameerpet branch HYDERABAD and launched a complaint on white paper with acknowledgement about this unauthorised transaction.After that I searched for the transaction details there i found the transaction details as follows TRANSACTION DETAILS: TRANSFER TO[protected] Fl Txn @ CSP outlet[protected] AEPS OFFUS issuer WDL TXN. I made a call to SBI customer care they replied that there is no option to launch complaint about this transaction with them, they suggested to launch complaint at nearest or home SBI branch only. If not through mail to [protected]@sbi.co.in or cyber crime or complaint through online SBI . I tried through online in SBI and Cyber Crime but there is no option in it for AEPS, CSP outlet transactions. I also tried in sending mail to [protected]@sbi.co.in but it was failed due to technical issues. Now i am complaining through this to get back my Hard earning cash amount Rs 10000 to me. so please kindly verify the details and help me to get back my cash immediately. Thanking you.
