State Bank Of India [SBI] — unauthorized bill of credit card that are not taken by me

Hi sir/madam,

I didn't get any kind of credit card of sbi so how can i do any type of transactions, but this month i got sms and email to pay bills around 1764 rs., now i am not able to contact any customer number ([protected]) to know how bill of credit card sent to me while i didn't receive any credit card. Please do the right action for that if anybody receive my card please block it. I am not responsible for any kind of fraud transactions.

Dear Sir/Maidam,

I have already mail to [protected]@sbicard.com but after 14 days I didn't get any mail from consumer, I continue tried to communicate with customer care number [protected], but the call is not being connected.
