[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unauthorized credit card charges and not stopping my card from last year

From last year 2021 I am getting harassed to stop state bank Apollo credit card. I mailed multiple times to stop this from last year. Even last year I cleared the annual charges also to close the card but after that they didn't close it . Instead this year again charged me the annual charges . and I am writing mail every time and getting reply almost 10-12 days and this is going on for again almost last 3-4 months and they are now charging me 2000 almost without stopping my card. Every time they are saying not able to reach me though i didn't get any call and given my alternate number. And today it was just so harassing that the customer care guy called me and it was not at all audible as if she was calling from train or somewhere. Please check the recordings of the call and I asked to call me back as I am not able to listen at all but as usual I didn't receive the call and my card is not getting stopped and after every mail communication they are charging me 500 rs extra which is not 2000 rs approximately. I have made it very clear in the mail also that I am not going to pay a single penny as from last year this is not stopped even if I paid last year the annual charges and everything. So this is not my fault for which they are charging me and not stopping the card. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would go to consumer forum if they continue to cheat me in this way and don't stop the card. I am attaching all the mail communication going on from last year. Isn't it ridiculous that to stop a card it takes more than a year for a bank like SBI and they charged like a fraudster..
