State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unauthorized Fraudulent Transaction on SBI Credit card

On the name of RAZ*Housingcom,

And Rs. 29, 883 spent on your sbi credit card ending with 0706 at raz* housingcom on 16/06/20. If this trxn. wasn't done by you, click https://sbicard.com/DisputeRaise

As soon as I came across these messages, i tried too raise dispute by clicking link to stop this fraudulent transaction, but it was reflecting in process, so the dispute can't be raised.
I called customer care center and informed them about this and requested them to stop this transaction and reverse the said amount on immediate basis.
But they said that, it can't be reversed you have raise disput once it is reflected in account.
You have to traise disput and after that it can be reversed.
I blocked my card and registered complaint with local police station.

I can find that similar transaction has happened with other person with same account. I. E raz*housingcom
The bank should take immediate action on such fraud accounts and put the punish the one responsible for it.

I request you to take a strict action against this and please reverse my payment as it is still under process, help me get my money back.
