State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unauthorized Transaction

Dear Sir/ Mam,

Myself Asha Sharma, I am an old consumer of SBI. My account number is
[protected] on branch Township, Refinery Nagar. Mathura.
I have checked my account and there are 3 unauthorized transaction
showing mentioned CSP outlet :
[protected] AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN
[protected] AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN
[protected] AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN
and there are 3 unauthorized transactions done on 22th, 23th and 24th
of March 2021. They deducted my money 21700 rupees and when I called
customer care they asked me to visit the home branch and there I
didn't get any resolution.
Kindly resolve this issue asap.
I have attached the transaction details with this mail.

Myself Debabrata Mandal, I am an old consumer of SBI. My account number is
[protected] on branch city Centre Durgapur, Dist- Paschim Bardhaman, west Bengal
I have checked my account and there are 4 unauthorized transaction
showing mentioned CSP outlet :
[protected]-[protected] AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN Dated: 17.04.2023
[protected]-[protected] AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN Dated: 18.04.2023
[protected]-[protected] AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN Dated: 19.04.2023
[protected]-[protected] AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN Dated:20.04.2023
and there are 4 unauthorized transactions done on 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th
of April 2023. They deducted my money Rs.40000 rupees and when I called
customer care they asked me to visit the home branch and there I
didn't get any resolution.
Kindly resolve this issue asap.
