State Bank Of India [SBI] — unauthorized transaction from my account without my knowledge

31000/- has been debited from my SBI Bhitoli Khurd, Lucknow Account without my knowledge on 27 & 29 Aug. 21. No OTP received not MSG alert for 10, 000/- . 2 transection of 10k, 5 transection of 2 K and 1 transection of 1K. All transection done from "FI Txn @ CSP outlet". Bank has to return the amount as it is there fault
