State Bank Of India [SBI] — unauthorized transaction made using paytm and one 97 communication

Hello sir,

Myself ashim jyoti karjee, i wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place form last few months, using my father's [mr. Prabhat chandra karjee ] sbi account. Every day a small amount of[protected] rs got debited from the account on the name of paytm and one97 communication, also we are not getting transaction notification sms. We came to know this when my father visited the bank and print his passbook. When my father come to know about these transactions, he informed the home branch of sbi and me as well. My father is not familiar with the internet, he doesn't have a paytm account as well.

When i saw the passbook entries and noticed that, each transaction has mentioned othpg with some different serial no. When i search for othpg then i come to know that this is fraud transaction and others also complained about this.

The total debited amount has crossed 15000 rupees till now. I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful. I also attached the entries of passbook.
