Someone took my 19998 rupee from my account on 26 sep, already filled fir but bank did not take any action, i'm broken no body helping me.

Branch manager told me that you wouldn't get your money back as we have numbers of compliments like this, he deny to accept fir copy when i sent with my husband, they told him to bring your wife

The given was given to me shiwn invaild when i logged in in onlinesbi.com.
I suffer from 10 days with this issue please resolve it as soon as possible . This is very bad service from sbi . I am very dis appointed.
