State Bank Of India [SBI] — undue transaction of money

This is to bring into your notice that i am an sbi account holder with ifsc code “sbi n0001795” with name princy mahajan and account number “[protected]”. On 12th july at 2:04 pm my account was debited with amount of 75000/- for which i havent intitated any request with refrence no:” 640937”. Likewise i was tryng to do paymnet of rs 1, 91, 880 /- for electricity bill which came out to be failed.
I am an early stater of my work and this amount of money means a lot to me, it might be a petty issue for bank but itz my hard earned money. I plead you to kindly look into the matter asap and resolve my matter by returning d amount back to my account.. I an hereby attaching a copy of bank statement with refnence no:”640937”
Itz already 14 days i hvent heard from bank
