State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unethitical behaviour

Sir, my complaint is about the bad behaviour of MR.SESHNATH YADAV working
in State bank of India in branch Nowrozabad. Even when account opening forms are available at the branch he makes the people fool that there is a shortage he makes everyone confused that he do not perform that work and makes people run counter to counter he make the current works pending and advises the people to come next day during his working periods he is engaged in recieving call from family and friends he provides priority to richer ones instead of old peoples. due to lack of resources one has to face difficulties in
travelling it was 1 feb. 2017 when i reached branch for opening my account and when i asked mr. seshnath he said no forms are available (as always ) i asked him that if you will open my account if i submit my online form of account opening he said yes obviously after i returned he engaged me in other works such as verification and after verification he said no more accounts would be open come tommorow... before this many times i have to come back due to several reasons . so kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible so that people face no difficulties..
