[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — unknown transaction from my saving account [protected]

Sir,
I would like to infrom you that on dated 25/06/2018 an amount of rs. 2560/- has been debited from my saving account which is unknown to me and my a/c statment narration is such that debit recovery of amount not debited on TXN dated 24/03/18.
I enqury to my local branch and even many times done online complain but none of those support me.

I want to know where my amount has debited please help me in this matter.

sir I have put a written complain in SBI local brunch but regarding this no action has been taken to solve the problem and also the side of coustomer service is unable to solve the problem and they suggest me that this is not our task please contact local branch . and also i have complain BANKING OMBUDSMAN COMPLAINT but status still showing your complain under process. complaint no is 201819008000295. so please look into the matter.
