The most horrible bank ever. Please do not take credit card from here ever.
First the sales person visits me at home takes down all the details. After repeating several times and opting for the card of my choice. A wrong card got delivered to me. When asked why, the only reason they kept giving me is, since I was eligible for the card with the highest annual fee they automatically upgraded with my permission. They charged an annual fee for it. After sending an email they called me and told me they will change it to my desired card, I requested them to weaver off the annual fee of 3000 plus amount that was charged, the representative informed me that this can’t be done as the statement in already created so I must pay for it and they won’t refund the amount back. I asked him how should I pay for the amount he repeatedly confirmed that it will be auto deducted from my bank account as my auto deduction is on. When the next statement released they charged a late payment fee out of no where, even though auto debit was on which they confirmed several times.
The worst part of the entire experience is the customer service or helpline number which is not available. There is no way I am able to speak to a customer service representative the one time I could reach they disconnected the call on my face.
